Terms of Service

PASS Hub provides access to live and recorded educational webinars and related materials. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Some sessions require registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

All webinar content, recordings, presentations and materials are the property of PASS, Global Sports Professionals University, or the respective speakers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.

Sessions may be recorded. Recordings are made available to alumni and registered participants for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information presented constitutes professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PASS and Global Sports Professionals University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
