These Terms & Conditions govern use of the PASS Brazil Summit website and the purchase, registration for and attendance of the PASS Brazil Summit in Krakow on 12–13 November 2026.
1. Organizer
The event is organized by PASSECOSYSTEM OÜ, Pirita tee 26c/1-8, Kesklinna district, Tallinn, Harju County, 12011, Estonia.
Questions about these terms may be sent to summit@pass.eu.com.
2. Website use
Website content is provided for information about the summit. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use automated systems to overload forms or services.
Programme, speaker, partner and venue information may be updated as event planning develops. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all content will remain unchanged.
3. Tickets and registration
- A ticket order is an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is formed when payment is accepted and confirmation is issued.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your contact details current.
- Prices and any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before payment is completed.
- Admission may require presentation of a valid ticket, confirmation and identification matching the registration.
- Tickets may not be resold commercially or used in promotions without our written permission.
4. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
The summit is a leisure service scheduled for specific dates. To the extent permitted by applicable EU and Estonian consumer law, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to tickets for leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period.
Tickets are therefore generally non-refundable if you can no longer attend. This does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
If we cancel the event and do not provide a replacement date, ticket holders may receive a refund of the ticket price paid. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the replacement date; where required by law or stated in our postponement notice, ticket holders may request a refund within the specified period.
Reasonable changes to speakers, sessions, timings, format or venue do not by themselves create a right to a refund where the essential nature of the event remains substantially the same.
5. Ticket transfers
A ticket may be transferred to another eligible attendee only with our approval and before any deadline communicated for name changes. Contact summit@pass.eu.com with the order details. We may refuse transfers associated with unauthorized resale, fraud or legal restrictions.
6. Attendance and conduct
- Attendees must follow reasonable venue, safety, security and staff instructions.
- Harassment, discrimination, violence, unlawful conduct and behavior that materially disrupts the event are prohibited.
- We may refuse admission or remove a person for serious misconduct or safety reasons. No refund is due where removal results from that person’s breach of these terms.
- You remain responsible for travel, accommodation, visas, insurance and other arrangements not expressly included with the ticket.
7. Photography and recordings
The summit may be photographed, filmed or recorded for reporting, archival and promotional purposes. Where required, attendees will be informed through venue notices or registration materials. Contact us before the event if you have a specific concern.
Attendees may not make commercial recordings, stream sessions or reproduce presentation materials without permission from the organizer and relevant rights holders.
8. Intellectual property
The website, PASS branding, event materials and organizer-created content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for personal, non-commercial use, no content may be copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party services or circumstances outside reasonable control, or loss arising from an attendee’s failure to make appropriate travel, visa or insurance arrangements.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay, change or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, public-health restrictions, governmental action, transport disruption, venue unavailability, security threats or failures of essential suppliers. We will communicate material changes and provide remedies required by applicable law.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction or applicable law.
